Who we are?

My Name is Kristina De Rossi and I am the fouding Director of IMAS

(Independent Management Admin Services Pty Ltd.) Initially starting out as an independent registered nurse/carer, there seemed to be this giant burdensome wall of uncertainty. With a lot to learn and navigate the initial leap into business ownership was daunting.

The good news is that it was by far the best decision I could have made. As an independent Sole Trader for the last four and a half years, I have enjoyed the satisfaction of financial and business freedom that came with being a Sole Trader. Choosing my own clients, hours and pay rates according to relevant guidelines are just a few of these freedoms. I believe that more people should partake in the freedom of becoming Independent Sole Traders and that is why I created IMAS Pty Ltd, making the journey enjoyable and rewarding.

What is IMAS?

Independent Management and Administration Services (IMAS) Pty Ltd is a service that assists you in becoming a Sole Trader/Proprietor. Our services mainly focus on assistance with the management and administration tasks as a Sole Business Owner, but tailor individually to reach your desired outcomes. Wherever you are in your business venture we are here to assist in the process.
